Catering Delivery Policy:
At Shouk, we are committed to providing you with the best possible delivery service for your catering needs. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our delivery procedures and policies:
1. Delivery Service Provider: We use a third-party delivery service to deliver your catering orders to your specified location. This service provider is responsible for the delivery of your catering order from our kitchen to your specified delivery address.
2. Delivery Charges: We charge a delivery fee of €6.50 per kilometer, which is the amount that our delivery service provider charges us for delivery. The minimum delivery charge is €19.50.
3. Delivery Time: We understand the importance of timely delivery for catering events and we always strive to deliver your order on time. However, please note that there may be delays that are out of our control, such as traffic or weather conditions. We will inform you of any delays as soon as possible.
4. Delivery Area: We currently deliver locally in the Dublin area.
5. Delivery Address: Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is accurate and complete. We will not be responsible for any delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by you.
6. Delivery Confirmation: Once your catering order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email or text message with your delivery details. Please check this information carefully and inform us immediately if there are any errors or issues.
7. Delivery Returns: If you need to cancel or change your catering order delivery, please inform us as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate your request depending on the timing and status of your order.
8. Delivery Setup: Please note that our delivery service provider will only be responsible for the delivery of your catering order. Any setup and/or cleanup services required at your event will need to be arranged separately.
